Pros and cons of My Life as a Refugee app for iPhone and iPad
My Life as a Refugee app good for
A good game, a bit made like a visual/kinetic novel. I like it, the pace of the game is enjoyable and we learn a lot about refugees and the situations many of them face daily...
Great idea well done. Nice to make people think about the issue.
This app is really great an very touching! It puts you in the situation of a refugee and makes you think logically on what to do next, sounds easy but is very tricky! It sure does bring awareness of this situation, and makes you want to help out! Would recommend this app for everyone!
Excellent, simple educational tool on the journeys that refugees take, and the risks and decisions they make.
This app is a very heartwarming tale that I will play for many hours more.
The graphics are gorgeous and the different stories truly reach your heart.
Some bad moments
The first three times I played I was imprisoned twice and killed once. Really gives you food for thought.
salute all people out there who give help and will be helping!
I cant remember the last time I saw technology used so well to deliver such an important message. Only issue is to remember that for millions, this is far from a game. Thanks, UNHCR!
This game sounded awesome when I read the description. Well, I played it, in all its predetermined permutations and I really just expected more. This game is too easy, you win every time. Pass.
What a great way to use technology to spread awareness about what refugees go through! Maybe a little too basic, but a great start.
Very fun, although obviously depressing as its meant to help open our eyes as to what refugees go through, and educational.
